The Service is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, located at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can reach our privacy team at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Photos you upload. When you use Bae as a baby face generator, you upload one photo of a man and one photo of a woman. These photos are processed to render your AI baby photo.
• AI baby outputs. The AI baby photo Bae generates from your inputs.
• Account & subscription data. If you create an account or purchase a subscription, we receive a user identifier, purchase status and entitlement metadata via RevenueCat.
• Device & usage data. Anonymous usage events, crash logs, device model, OS version and approximate locale, used to keep the App reliable.
• Analytics events. Page views, button clicks (including iOS App Store taps) and similar events from Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.

• To generate your AI baby photo and deliver the future baby preview you requested.
• To operate the App, fix crashes and improve the overall AI baby generator experience.
• To process subscriptions, restores and entitlements.
• To run product analytics and measure marketing performance.
• To detect, prevent and respond to abuse, fraud and policy violations.
• To respond to your support requests.

We use trusted third-party services to run the App. These partners only receive what is needed for their specific role and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

• Firebase (Google LLC) — backend, authentication, real-time data and crash reporting.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription management and entitlement tracking.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — in-app advertising for free users where applicable.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI features used in the future baby generator pipeline.
• Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation) — cloud hosting and AI services.
• Replicate, Inc. — AI model hosting used for image generation.
• Fal.ai, Inc. — AI model hosting used for image generation.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website and product analytics.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — conversion measurement for ads.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and Vercel Analytics.

Photos uploaded for a single AI baby generation are retained only for as long as needed to render and deliver your future baby preview, then automatically removed from active processing. Account, billing and analytics data are retained for legitimate business and legal needs.

We do not sell your photos. We share information only with the sub-processors listed above, with integrations you explicitly enable, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety and property.

We operate from Hong Kong and use cloud providers based in the United States and the European Economic Area. By using the Service you agree to your data being processed in those jurisdictions, with appropriate safeguards.

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account, photos and AI baby outputs.
• Objection / restriction — object to certain uses such as analytics or ads.
• Portability — receive a portable copy of your data where applicable.
• Withdraw consent — switch off optional features at any time.

Bae is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). Do not use the AI baby generator with photos of minors. Accounts found to belong to children will be removed.

On https://www.baebabyapp.com we use cookies and similar storage to run analytics (Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics) and conversion measurement (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies in your browser settings.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data, including encryption in transit. No internet-based service can be 100% secure, so we ask you to also use strong passwords and keep your iPhone updated.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App or on the website. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
