Terms of Service

Bae is an AI baby generator app for iPhone that creates AI-generated baby photos from two parent pictures for entertainment and visual inspiration. The AI baby photos are creative renders, not medical or genetic predictions, and not a real photo of any real child.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital age of consent in your country, whichever is higher) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. Do not use the Service to upload photos of minors.

Some features require an account or in-app purchase. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure and for all activity under your account.

By using the Service you agree not to:

• Upload photos of people who have not consented to being used in an AI baby generator.
• Upload photos of minors, public figures impersonated in misleading ways, or any sexual content.
• Use the AI baby photos to harass, defame, deceive or harm any person.
• Misrepresent AI baby outputs as real photos of real children, real medical or genetic forecasts, or any kind of fact about another person.
• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape or stress-test the Service or any partner system.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

All AI baby photos generated by Bae are synthetic outputs produced by machine-learning models. We do not guarantee that any specific resemblance, gender or trait will appear. AI baby outputs may contain imperfections, may vary across runs and should be treated as creative previews only.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. To run the AI baby generator, you grant Rocket Digital Limited a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit and process your photos and AI baby outputs solely to provide and improve the Service. You can ask us to delete your content at any time by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai.

Some features require a paid subscription managed via the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies.

The Service uses third-party providers including Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel. Their terms apply to their portion of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI baby photos are not medical, genetic or diagnostic information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal, security or operational reasons. You can stop using the Service and delete the App at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, unless you have non-waivable rights under your local consumer law.
